Understanding your consumer has never been more important for a brand or retailer.  In a world of brand and product saturation where product/brand USP’s have now been replaced with ESP’s – it is vital we KNOW what our consumer wants.

Where once we used to be able to look at consumer demographics to get insights into consumer behaviour and buying preferences we now need to delve much deeper and understand the psychographics behind consumer purchases, buying motives and behaviour.
